A customer in Elkmont, AL, called Frontier to help with moisture issues in their crawl spaces. This Customer has two separate crawl space areas: one under the front porch and the other at the back of the house. We removed all of the debris, encapsulated both areas, and installed two Sedona dehumidifiers (one in each area). Now the crawl space moisture is controlled and clean; it frees up valuable storage space.

Crawl Space During Inspection

During the inspection moisture is observed on the concrete block wall. Humidity levels are high in both crawl spaces, which can lead to mold and wood rot if not addressed.

Crawl Space Debris

This old vapor barrier and all other debris will be cleaned out before the project begins.

Debris Removed

All the debris has been moved out of the crawl space and hauled away. The waterproofing products can now be installed.

Drainage matting forms a permanent seal for leaking crawl space floors.
