This customer in Union City, TN, called Frontier due to a sagging crawl space floor caused by moisture issues. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the unlevel floors. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing our Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project with a new crawl space door.
