When foundation walls begin to buckle, bow or tilt inward, homeowners are correct to be alarmed. Outside pressure from soil and water can actually cause foundation walls to collapse!

All items and debris is moved out and the area cleaned up before the project begins.

CleanSpace Installed
CleanSpace is added over the walls. Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!
Beams Installed
The PowerBrace™ is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential t straighten walls over time.
Gravel Added
Before the beams are cemented into place a layer of clean gravel is packed into the excavated areas.
Beams Cemented Into Place
These steel i-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustment. Over time, the PowerBrace™ System can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter.
Cleaning Up
After we cement is added we clean up any left overlap on the floors.
Project Complete
After the CleanSpace is added, the PowerBrace System installed the wall is now stabilized and this project is complete!
