Checking Moisture Levels
Leaking or damp basement walls are a sign of a water or moisture issue in your basement.
Exterior Wall Cracks
If left unrepaired, this kind of damage can worsen until the wall fails completely or is beyond repair. By addressing the problem of failing walls quickly, repairs can be completed in as little as a day.
Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter to prepare for the WaterGuard installation, and areas are also carved out to install the PowerBrace wall repair system.
CleanSpace® Wall System
CleanSpace® Wall is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that's perfect for unfinished basement walls. With a 25-year warranty for wear and tear, it's durable, washable, and has anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in!
WaterGuard Placement
Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.
Wall Repair Process
The PowerBrace is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time.
WaterGuard Installation Complete
After the WaterGuard is placed and covered with CleanSpace, a thin layer of cement is applied on top.
Project Complete
The WaterGuard system is installed, and the PowerBrace system is set up to stabilize the walls.
IceGuard and LawnScape
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
