Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement for the installation of our WaterGuard, StarPipe, and sump pump.
Weep Holes
Weep holes are drilled at the bottom of the blocks to drain the hollow cavities.
StarPipe Installation
StarPipe is a custom-engineered drainage system for basements. StarPipe's custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots.
WaterGuard Installation
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is placed over the WaterGuard system for an added layer of protection.
CleanSpace Wall System
Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind.
SaniDry Sedona
As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
WaterGuard Installation Complete
The WaterGuard system is installed and cemented into place.
WaterGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
