MeLaina brings a strong background in customer service to her role as Customer Loyalty Representative at Frontier. Before joining the team, she worked as a registered pharmacy technician, helping patients over the phone and in person and communicating with pharmaceutical representatives and doctors’ offices. That experience taught her how much listening and clear communication matter when someone needs help.
Her favorite part of the job is talking with customers. She enjoys getting to know people, answering their questions, and helping them feel comfortable with their next steps.
Outside of work, MeLaina loves quilting and sewing and has made around 10 quilts and five T-shirts. She and her boyfriend have been together for five years, and they share their home with two cats who, despite her best efforts, haven’t quite learned how to behave!
