Samantha has a unique background with experience in customer service as well as working as an aircraft mechanic. Her varied work experience has allowed her to work with people while also spending time in a hands-on, technical environment.
At Frontier, Samantha enjoys helping others and looks forward to being there for customers when they have questions or need assistance. She enjoys getting to know the people she speaks with and helping them throughout their experience with Frontier.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She loves reading, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
