Rafael brings leadership experience and a strong work ethic to the Frontier team. Before joining Frontier, he worked in several different industries, often serving in management roles where he was responsible for leading teams and overseeing daily operations. Those experiences helped him develop the communication and problem-solving skills he uses today as a foreman.

Rafael enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with his role and takes pride in helping his team complete projects that make a difference for homeowners. He values working alongside his crew to provide quality solutions and a positive experience for customers.

Outside of work, Rafael enjoys competing in Pokémon tournaments, both in person and online. When he’s not playing, he prefers spending time with his wife and son and making the most of family time together.
