Based in Clarksville, TN, Allison brings a background in customer care and administrative support to the Frontier team. Along with helping her family with their businesses, she has experience working as an appointment setter and receptionist for an auto shop, where she developed strong communication and customer service skills.
In 2024, Allison earned a certification in Microsoft Fundamentals through a dual enrollment course with WKU. She enjoys being the first point of contact for homeowners and looks forward to helping customers protect and improve their homes while creating a positive experience from the very beginning.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her two dogs and being with the people who mean the most to her, especially her family.
