Kissandra D.

As a Team Lead at Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, Kissandra brings years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others. Before joining Frontier, she worked at a daycare, where she honed her patience, empathy, and communication skills, all of which now help her make each customer’s experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Known around the office for her cheerful greeting, “How can I make you smile today?”, Kissandra strives to bring positivity to every interaction. She keeps things running seamlessly behind the scenes and enjoys collaborating with her teammates to make each day productive and fun.

Outside of work, Kissandra loves reading thrillers and romance novels, spending time outdoors, and enjoying life with her family, friends, and boyfriend. She’s also the proud owner of an adorable Basset Hound named Flash.  Like a few others in our office, Kissandra is a self-proclaimed “Swiftie.”
