Solution

To fix the separation of the brick wall and stop the home from settling more, Frontier installed our Foundation Supportworks Push Pier System. We start by drilling a hole where the pier will go underground and then install a heavy duty steel bracket against the foundation's footing. The weight of the home is then transferred through the piers and a lift can be attempted to bring the home back to it's oringinal position. Once the lift is complete and the home is stable, the hole is backfilled and the cracks are closed.
