Challenge
This family moved into their home less than a year ago. They found their forever home but after living there shortly realized that the crawlspace was leaking moisture from what they could see and were worried about it causing all the problems that moisture can create in a crawlspace. Unable to get in the crawlspace themselves, they hired us to do it for them and come up with a solution for their forever home, and we did!
Solution
We got into the crawlspace and saw pooling water and wet insulation. To fix this we removed the existing insulation and installed new, better insulation. We used our smartpipe system to give the water a pathway underneath the drainage matting, and Clean Space vapor barrier. We installed a SuperSump Pump, and a Sanidry dehumidifier and a new crawl space door, in addition to providing a path for the water to go once it was outside their house. Now, they are free from their worries of mold and mildew under their house and will not have any water issues because our products and services have a warranty for the life of their forever home!
