Concrete slab that is sinking away from the foundation of the house.
Solution
Soil had washed out from beneath this concrete slab, causing it wo sink and pull away from the house. Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair went in with PolyLevel to fill the void and stabilize the slab permanenty.
