A Message Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Frontier Basement Systems is actively monitoring the public health situation related to COVID-19 to ensure that we are well informed and ready to serve you during this difficult time. Frontier continues to prioritize the health and safety of our employees, their families and the neighborhoods.

Preventive Measures We Have Taken

As things continue to evolve, we want to outline the measures we have taken to ensure optimal health and safety within our company.

We have enhanced daily cleaning and disinfecting of all customer employee spaces (this includes our trucks).

Hand sanitizer and wipes have been supplied to all buildings and employee work areas.

We are minimizing risks to employees by restricting access to the facility to only those who are mission critical.

Employees who have traveled recently or been exposed to large crowds have been asked to work from home for a period of time. And stay home if they are sick until they are symptom free.

Team members will refrain from shaking hands, but still smile!

We have comprehensive electronic transactions available for contracts and work scope changes.

Finally, we have also made the decision to suspend all travel, with limited exceptions.

While we continue to serve homeowners for all their Basement Waterproofing, Crawlspace, Foundation Repair, and Concrete Lifting needs, we have indefinitely suspended all Realtor Fix It to List it programs, Association training's, home Shows, Continuing Educational seminars and other group events.

We remain committed to serve you and our community, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At Frontier Basement Systems, our primary concern is always the health and safety of our home owners and employees. 

We are adhering to the CDC’s, as well as the state of Tennessee & Kentucky’s definition of essential businesses- which is any businesses that operate with the structural health and safety of a home.

We understand if you are concerned about having people in your home, and will gladly reschedule you for a time when you are more comfortable, if that is what you would like.
