Frontier Values- Determination

Determination fits very well at the bottom of Frontier’s values list because we must be determined to succeed in every value stated above—Faith, Respect, Wow Service, Passion, Loyalty, Integrity, Excellence. Determination means to constantly be working towards the end goal, no matter the adversities in the way. It is a coveted trait that not many have... it is the determination to achieve all that can be achieved and finish any task that needs to be done. It is going into work saying “I’m going to make this day the best day” every day. It really isn’t always easy. I believe not losing sight of your goals and doing something every day to get to that goal is a part of being determined. If you fail, try again and again.. and again. And if you fail another time after that, it’s about time to try a different way to get to where you need to be. Sometimes you need to reroute your plan but never change the destination.

Determination is the last on our values list, but it is not the least important. It is the most important because it holds all of our values together. We’re determined to be the best. We are Frontier!
