In a recent show as a theme to the event we were challenged to “Know your worth”
We did some brainstorming to identify our worth. We discussed Trust, family, relationships, home, value, cost, protection, why families need our services, and more.
Our worth goes back to the customer Why. Its never about fixing a home, waterproofing a basement, fixing a crack, leveling concrete, or sagging floors. There is always a deeper reason the home owner calls Frontier to take a look at his or her concerns.
The show was Great Nashville Realtors Association annual convention, so we created a poll to see what realtors though was more valuable to themselves and the families they work for.
Our four options were:
The results; Quality time with loved ones won by a landslide.
Protecting valuables, memories, peace of mind are very important to families, but our time is very important us.
Providing permanent solutions that will give back personal time is the why that makes all the difference.
