Our inspectors gather as much information as possible to ensure they can meet your needs and expectations. No two homes can be treated the same so why would we think two families could be. Needs, priorities, and goals are different and even change over time. Your local quick lube does not expect you to purchase one of every bottle of oil for your family vehicle. Instead they need to know type and size of motor, age of car, typical mileage, things like that.
Our inspectors ask layers of questions to determine your immediate need and future needs. With that information, they can make educated recommendations for your home.
