From the beginning and after the completion of the job, Frontier Basement Systems Company has gone above and beyond to help us. Having a home in TN while living in SC has presented several uncomfortable situations. Frontier gave us what other companies only claim to. Thank you (the entire staff) for all you do!!! This project for the basement for our church was great from start to finish. We are completely satisfied with the finished product and have had no issues with at all...enjoyed the process. Now we have a very dry basement.

Frontier Basement systems is truly a professional company. There is no pressure. They provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. They do not try to sell you anything you do not need. They will provide you with references. I phoned the references and you will be hard pressed to find anyone who does not have praise for this company. All the work is professionally done and if you weren't there to see them do the work you wouldn't even know they had been there. My crawl space looks great and I no longer feel concerned about crawling underneath the house. The true test will come with time but from the references that I talked to everyone is extremely happy.
From the first phone call to the final clean up- everyone was excellent! The workers were excellent! Thanks again for a job well done!
The only problem is I have no more excuses to my wife about finishing the basement for living space.
Installation of the Clean Space at my home performed by Frontier Basement Systems has totally changed our quality of living. The air in our home is now free of damp earthy smells. The dehumidifier that was installed by Frontier Basement Systems has not only given us higher quality air to breathe, it has straightened out warped wooden wall boards and flattened out cupped hardwood flooring.
Also, our HVAC system has been working much more efficiently, an added benefit of the Clean Space install.
This was an investment which has added great value to our home, thanks to the people at Frontier Basement Systems!

From my first correspondence with Frontier I was so impressed with the level of courtesy and service! When was the last time we have been able to say that about anything anymore? To be mailed a complete bio of my service rep before he even contacted me was just amazing! Tim Sapp was such a delight to work with, and all the servicemen that came out were equally as friendly and professional as he was. I am so impressed with Frontier Basement Systems! Yes, it was a sizable investment, for me, as a single woman and as a new homeowner of an older house, but I knew the work had to be done to protect my investment for years to come. I contacted Frontier even before I knew of Dave Ramsey's endorsement! I had chosen them for my work and THEN I heard Dave raving about them, so I knew then that I had made the right choice. From Tim Sapp, to Evilio, to all the other fellows that worked on my job, I am completely overjoyed at the work that was done at my home, in fact, when my plumbing was repaired recently, my service man was bowled over at the way my crawlspace looks. I will never have to worry about any workman groaning about crawling under MY house! My guess is that whenever I need work done under my house, it will be a contest to see which serviceman gets the pleasure of working at MY home! Thanks!

Jesus was in charge of the installing your system at my home. He and his crew were professional, neat, and efficient. The job was completed in the time frame expected. I would give Jesus and his crew a 6!

Your lead man Gumaro did a nice job explaining the unusual problems with this particular job. The crew worked continuously from the moment they arrived until completion.
I can already see a huge difference in my moisture problem, I DID NOT feel like there were any high pressure sales techniques or intimidation techniques used.
Even the extra work that had to be done was reasonably charged... and it was brutal work.
