This customer in Summertown, TN wanted to protect his basement from flooding and water intrusion, so he decided on a Basement Waterproofing System with us. This project included the installation of a sump pump and draining system as well as CleanSpace® Wall System.

Charles M. was ready to sell his home and move, but the cracks in his homes foundation would not allow that. He first noticed the problem, 5 years ago and noticed each year the cracks only got worse. He had asked other companies their opinion, but he was not happy with their solution. He came across us via Home Advisor and gave us a call.
Our inspector, Jon, went out to check out his property and found that his home was indeed settling and that was the reason for the cracks. This can happen for a few reasons, such as erosion, flooding, and the soil just not being properly prepared for the weight of the home. What we do know is that we have the products to fix it!
Charles and Jon agreed that 3" Push Pier Low Profile Brackets were the best to stop settlement and actually lift the home back to its original position. Push piers can be installed inside or outside your foundation walls and are not visible once the repair is complete. In time the brackets will be able to close cracks and improve window and door operation, as well!
Charles also had unsightly cracks in his cement driveway, but we had the perfect fix for that- PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant.
