Josh B. and his wife were having a problem with sagging and bouncy floors in their home. These homeowner's were struggling with a lot of moisture in their crawlspace. Frontier got out there and did a full encapsulation of their crawl space. We used 20mil thick vapor barrier called CleanSpace. The results are stunning and now the homeowner's can use that space for extra storage without anything getting damaged.
A lot of homeowners believe that their current vapor barrier is doing the trick. That is what these homeowners in Hickman Tennessee thought until they actually got a look at what was going on in their crawl space. The vapor barrier was not properly sealed to the walls and water was getting everyone.
