This will lift the sagging areas, help distribute the load, and prevent further damage. Small drywall cracks, uneven floors, tight doors and windows are all signs of crawl space structural concerns.
6 Low Profile Push Piers were installed. The foundation piers are hydraulically driven down to the bedrock and will stabilize the affected areas against further settlement for the lifetime of the structure. Foundation piers provide vertical support to the structure.
WaterGuard Drainage System is an interior basement water proofing system that sits atop the footing against the foundation. The system sits on top of the footing, away from the "mud zone" underneath your floor. Water is collected without the risk of clogs that would halt your system. It collects water and drains outside and away from the foundation. This provides a permanent solution to waterproof concrete block foundation walls. There's no gap on the basement floor to let humidity into the space or to collect debris.

Steel corrugated panels span between steel I-beams to strengthen the existing structure. A specialized rigid foam is injected behind the steel panels, filling voids between the existing wall and panels, and transferring the load from the failing wall to the new support system.
This customer in Kuttawa, KY had multiple projects completed on his home. We started with adding a tripleSafe Sump Pump in the pantry, where he was having water and moisture issues. On the front of his garage, he had some wall repair needing attention so we added Carbon Armor to part of the garage and the front of the house. CarbonArmor is the ideal, non-invasive solution to permanently stabilize block foundation walls.
