These homeowners in Fredonia Kentucky were struggling with a lot of water and moisture in their crawl space and contacted Frontier for a free inspection. After a thorough inspection it was decided that a full encapsulation was the right solution for their home. An encapsulation includes cleaning and leveling everything out. Putting some drainage matting down, which is in the photo you can see. Drainage matting is a dimpled plastic which allows water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier. The vapor barrier, which is CleanSpace is a 20mil thick. This ensures not water and moisture can get into the crawl space. The results?
