This customer in Martin, TN called us out to out to their home to diagnose pump issues. We determined that ultra sump 3 was not working, dehumidifier was not working and CleanSpace was untucked from water guard. The customer went ahead with replacement of ultra sump 3 to ultra sump 4. We pulled out all pumps and cleaned thoroughly. Reassembled pumps and flood tested each pump, replaced Sedona with a refurbished one, tested Sedona for proper operation, changed battery in water watch alarm, and tucked CleanSpace back into the WaterGuard. We also cleaned up the area and organized loose wires. This customer was happy with results.
