This customer in Decatur, AL had water leaking into their basement. The home had a garage and basement with a retaining wall in between the two. Only one had water intrusion issues. We added a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Walls, a DryTrak baseboard drainage system, a WaterGuard Drainage System, and a Trench Drain for the foot traffic that comes in at the entrance. The Trench Drain will help with outside water pouring in. We also added a drainage system with IceGuard and a LawnScape. As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement.
