Paul is excited to meet new people and provide the best permanent solutions to their problems.
He is happily married and their 5 children are now adults. Drum Corps is one of his hobbies and the only thing he claims to collect is dust and dirt; although his wife doesn't appreciate him bringing it home.
He is not afraid to inspect your basement or crawlspace and looks forward to meeting you.
Random Fun Fact: His favorite food is raw vegan pizza.
This owner of this new construction home built in April had an exterminating company under the home who noticed excess water in the crawl space. The home owner did not waste any time protecting his brand new Forever Home. He chose to encapsulate to protect from mold, mildew, and future wood rot.
Will, not mold, mildew, rot, or rust.
Insulated with a tight seal.
Protects crawl space from the outdoor environment.
This home was "encapsulated" 5 years ago by another company.
However it was not a true encapsulation, it only had a thin plastic liner rolled out along the dirt floor and partially up the block.
Because this plastic did not control the humidity of this space, and during some seasons make the humidity worse, the family had noticed their floors above were warping.
This faux encapsulation had caused additional problems for the home.
A true encapsulation will completely seal the home from outside air.
Our vapor barrier, CleanSpace, is a 20 mil plastic that covers the earth and runs up the block. Vents are closed and insulated, all joist and any other areas air can flow are sealed with foam.
A non-organic custom insulated crawl space door closes the space off finishing off the encapsulation.
The home's floors are now protected from the heat and moisture that are necessary for warping.
The slab of walk way had cracked and dropped over an inch creating a trip hazard and an eye sore.
