Tom R. had water coming into his basement anytime it rained heavy. At one point, it had flooded up to an inch and he knew it could easily happen again. Toni M. had problems with excessive moisture in his crawl space. Over the past few years, Lee had noticed his crawl space becoming unhealthier.
