A family in Cunningham Tennessee has lived in their home for 16 years.
For the past 12 years they have noticed cracks in the foundation and a leaky basement when it rains.

To stabilize the foundation wall seven 9' PowerBraces were installed. As well as an additional cross bracing to the 5 PowerBraces on the long wall.
The PowerBrace is a zinc coated beam that allows for tightening over time as needed. The PowerBraces distributes the weight load evenly so flooring isn't damaged.
