Very impressed with Jason Thomas' presentation and his efforts to survey the worksite as accurately as possible.
Wow! Matt and his team did an exceptional job. Can't say enough about their efforts to provide us with a positive experience. Matt kept us apprised of everything they were doing throughout the process and the end result was immediately noticeable. The humidity level within our crawl space dropped from 80% plus, before the installation, to under 50% on the very first day following the installation. Due to the addition of the Silver Glo insulation the crawl space temperature now stays within 6 degrees of that inside my home. This new conditioned space is a fantastic improvement to my home.
Matt's team kept the worksite clean throughout the two day process. On their departure the site was meticulously cleaned........so much so that it actually looked better than it did before the job commenced.

Jason Thomas' presentation and the fact that Frontier matched the bid received from other providers was a big factor in my decision the award the job the Frontier. I also liked the fact that Frontier was cited/linked as a preferred provider of this service on the Nashville Electric Service (NES) website.
